Who We Are

Fluent is a trading name of Tune Up AI Solutions LLC, a Florida-based technology consulting company. We build AI-powered data and reporting systems for small and mid-size businesses — done entirely for you, delivered in three business days.

What We Do

Most business owners make decisions with incomplete information — sales data in one platform, revenue in another, and operations tracked in a spreadsheet nobody updates. We fix that.

We connect your existing business data sources — your CRM, ad platforms, booking systems, payment processors — and build a centralized AI reporting layer that sends you a daily brief before you open your laptop. No code. No courses. We do everything.

Our flagship product, FluentOS, is the infrastructure we build inside your business: a live dashboard, an AI executive assistant, and automated daily reporting — all running continuously without any manual work from your team.

Our Approach

We scope every engagement during a free 15-minute discovery call. If your business is a good fit, we build your system remotely over 1–2 working days and hand it off live on day three. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you upfront.

For teams that prefer an in-person experience, we also offer on-site builds — we travel to your location, bring dedicated AI hardware, and set everything up with your whole team in the room.

Our Team

Fluent is led by Brandon Franklin, founder and AI systems consultant, and supported by a team of developers and implementation specialists. We work remotely across the United States and are headquartered in Windermere, Florida.

Our work is built on Claude Code by Anthropic — enterprise-grade AI designed for business operations — and is tailored to each client's specific data environment.
